The doctors’ strike is back on: 12th-16th September

Supporters of the strike last time round

The British Medical Association has confirmed that junior doctors will be walking out from 8am-5pm for 5 days from Monday 12th to Friday 16th September, as part of the ongoing junior doctors’ contract dispute. More information here and here. It might also be worth keeping an eye on the Picket the Profiteers site or FB page for actions  by supporters aiming to escalate, spread, and even socialise the strike.

About nothingiseverlost

"The impulse to fight against work and management is immediately collective. As we fight against the conditions of our own lives, we see that other people are doing the same. To get anywhere we have to fight side by side. We begin to break down the divisions between us and prejudices, hierarchies, and nationalisms begin to be undermined. As we build trust and solidarity, we grow more daring and combative. More becomes possible. We get more organized, more confident, more disruptive and more powerful."
