Two updates from the ongoing Deliveroo struggle in West Yorkshire:

First up, it’s been confirmed that one of the seven sacked workers has now been reinstated as management start to crumble under the pressure. Secondly, there’s a mass bike ride planned for March 10th around Leeds city centre to demand the reinstatement of the other six, starting and finishing from Deliveroo’s offices.

To keep up with further news from the dispute, check out the Bradford and Leeds IWW branch pages (both are also on twitter, if you prefer that). The hardship fund for the six remaining sacked workers is still running, with any donations gratefully received.

About nothingiseverlost

"The impulse to fight against work and management is immediately collective. As we fight against the conditions of our own lives, we see that other people are doing the same. To get anywhere we have to fight side by side. We begin to break down the divisions between us and prejudices, hierarchies, and nationalisms begin to be undermined. As we build trust and solidarity, we grow more daring and combative. More becomes possible. We get more organized, more confident, more disruptive and more powerful."
